Iskra Mehanizmi (Intelligent Mechatronics) is an independent, family-owned Slovenian mechatronics specialist — €114M revenue, ~750 employees, with production plants in Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We develop and manufacture custom electromechanical solutions to specification for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

• Full engineering in-house — electromagnetics, structures & dynamics, thermal management, electronics & software, tribology & gears

• In-house validation to automotive standards — thermal cycling, humidity, salt spray, thermal shock, vibration, mechanical shock, acoustic (ISO 3744 anechoic chamber), torque/force and 3D measurement

• Injection moulding — 27 machines up to 500T, with 2K, overmoulding and in-line metallisation

• Metal stamping — high-speed punching up to 200 strokes/min, sheet up to 3 mm

• Joining & winding — resistance/ultrasonic/laser/ARC welding, bobbin/needle/flyer winding, crimping

• Automated assembly — few-second cycle times, real-time SPC, 100% end-of-line control and full traceability
