BRALO is a manufacturer of fastening and cold-formed components for a wide range of industrial applications. Our product portfolio includes blind rivets, structural rivets, lockbolts, rivet nuts, stud nuts and special nuts, as well as customised cold-formed parts developed according to customer specifications.

Our manufacturing capabilities include threaded and non-threaded components, spacers, bushings, semi-perforated parts, solid parts and assembly components. We can produce parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and nickel-copper alloys, using progressive cold stamping technology with up to six forming stations.

For customised parts, we can process wire diameters up to 16.5 mm and manufacture shank lengths up to 130–140 mm, depending on the component type. Internal and external threads from M3 to M14 are available for special nuts and threaded components.

We offer a wide range of head and body geometries, including flat, oval, square, grooved, super-large, cylindrical and hexagonal designs, as well as fully customised shapes.

A broad range of surface treatments and protective coatings is available, including zinc-nickel, zinc-iron, galvanic zinc plating, Delta Seal, aluminium anodizing, stainless steel passivation, lacquering with epoxy or acrylic paints, and sealing treatments.

In addition to standard fastening products, BRALO provides engineering support, prototype development and customised solutions for applications where conventional fasteners or machined parts are not technically or economically optimal. Our cold-forming capabilities enable customers to replace turned or machined components with cost-efficient forged parts while maintaining the required mechanical function and performance.
