 What began in 1991 as an eight-person injection moulding shop is today a 100% Hungarian family-owned manufacturer with nearly 350 people at two sites, Jásztelek and Hatvan. Our promise is simple: one partner for the whole journey, from tool design to a product ready to ship, for the automotive, medical and consumer electronics industries. 01  Moulding Power: 25 to 1,650 Tonnes

More than 50 horizontal machines and four vertical rotary-table units cover clamping forces from 25 to 1,650 tonnes. Dedicated divisions serve household electronics and automotive/medical customers. Need more than a moulded part? We add vibration and IR welding, hot stamping, pad printing, insert moulding, gas-assisted moulding, IML and IMD, so decoration and functional features come straight from the moulding process.

02  ISO 8 Cleanroom Moulding

Sensitive parts demand a spotless environment, and more industries now expect it. Our ISO 8 cleanroom in Jásztelek delivers contamination-free injection moulding for healthcare and other demanding sectors. Clean process, reliable quality, and a production route built for partners who cannot afford compromise.

03  Tools Built In-House

Our tool shop designs and builds moulds, fixtures and custom components from customer specifications or our own concepts. CAD/CAM design, milling, turning, grinding, wire and sinker EDM, deep drilling, laser welding and heat treatment are all in-house. The same team maintains and repairs a fleet more than a thousand tools.

04  A Finish That Sells the Product

Metálplaszt has a significant position in Central Europe in terms of painting capacity, expertise and equipments. Hand-painting booths bring prototypes, small series and one-off designs to life. Our Venjakob flatbed line handles large runs of simpler geometries, and the B+M robotic lines master big, complex parts at volume.

Water-based or solvent-based paints, always with UV curing, and all processes operated to the IATF 16949:2016 automotive standard. Whether the part is a visible interior trim or a large exterior component, the surface is consistent from the first piece to the last.

05  Assembly and Cable Assembly

We can take products all the way to finished goods, using manual, semi-automatic and automatic assembly, with full supply-chain management behind it, so your logistics stay simple and predictable. Our cable plant produces harnesses and cable assemblies in small to large series on Komax equipment, including stripping machines for shielded and coax cables, crimping stations and a sectioning laboratory.

06 Quality You Can Measure

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 are the foundation. On top of that, our lab and measuring room work in three shifts, with automatic 3D touch-probe machines, optical systems and a 3D scanner checking every critical dimension. We keep investing in new machines and technologies, because customer expectations only ever go up.

Our goal is to become a leading Central and Eastern European supplier of automotive interior and exterior cosmetic parts, to grow in healthcare, and to bring 35 years of experience to consumer electronics.
