We are a supplier of textile and nonwoven components for the automotive industry. For some customers, we also produce semi-finished products.
TEG group is certified according to IATF 16949 and produces in plants in Germany and Slovakia.
Our production plant in Čadca, Slovakia, has 30 employees and offers solutions for technical textiles, including:
functional and decorative stitching of leatherette parts (dashboards, door panels, armrests)
sewing of battery straps
die-cutting of nonwovens, foams, filter fabrics and acoustic fleece components, with or without self-adhesive foil
We use the appropriate technology for each part, including die-cutting, laser cutting and CNC cutting.
Our Slovak plant is ISO 9001 certified and works with a powerful ERP system for material planning, traceability and batch tracking, shipping labels and more. On request, we offer electronic transmission of orders and call-off orders via EDI, which we have already implemented for many customers in the automotive industry.
