Showcase Your Business Opportunities and Get More Requests

To elevate your profile and attract more meeting requests, present your opportunities in the Marketplace—whether products, services, projects, or areas of expertise. Entries can be added seamlessly through your Dashboard or directly from the list of opportunities, though availability may vary across user groups or event formats. Proactively highlighting your offerings positions you to connect with the right partners and transform initial interactions into valuable, long-term collaborations.

Start Networking Early

Don’t wait for the event to begin—start connecting with potential partners right away through a quick chat message or by directly requesting a 1-on-1 meeting.

When requesting a meeting, include a short description of what you’d like to discuss to enhance the acceptance rate of your request. Make the most of the structured one-on-one sessions by sending and accepting meeting requests that fit your goals. A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. People meet and greet at high speed. 15 minutes are usually enough to build connections, then the bell rings and the next talk starts.

    Bilateral face-2-face meetings 
     
    • You receive your updated schedule by e-mail or at the reception desk on demand
    • Your schedule contains time and table number of each single meeting

    Email notification You will be informed by email when you can start booking bilateral meetings. Check which cooperation profiles are the most promising. Intelligent search options allow a quick identification of the most suitable participants/cooperation profiles. Within a few minutes you should be able to identify future potential business partners.

    Booking of bilateral meetings Once you have found the most promising business partners you can send them proposal of bilateral meetings. You can add further meetings any time but please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served". You can book meetings BUT you can also get proposal for bilateral talks by other participants! For more information see FAQ.

    Your personal meeting schedule A few days before the event you will receive your personal meeting schedule (furthermore you can constantly check your meeting schedule online). This meeting schedule gives information about the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet.

    Confirm your participation In case you have meetings the organizer needs to be sure that you will attend the event. Therefore please confirm or cancel your participation once you are asked to confirm. Otherwise the event organizer has to inform all your meeting partners that meetings are/could be uncertain. This causes additional work and makes the event less reliable.

    At the event

    At the information desk, you can ask for your meeting schedule. Your personal meeting schedule lists in chronological order for each meeting the

    • names of your conversation partners
    • number of table for each meeting
