Conditions of entry to the event:
For safety reasons a necessary condition for participation in the physical event is a full vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and if needed, a valid negative test
according to the current regulation in the Czech Republic at the time of the event.
By sending the registration I agree with providing and processing of all my personal data included in the registration form according to Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 and Czech Act no. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended by later regulations to the Automotive Industry Association of the Czech Republic, ID 17048826, registered office: Budějovická 1550/15a, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic and according to Slovak Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on amendments to certain laws as amended by Act no. 84/2014 Coll. to company The House of Congress, s.r.o., registered office: Kadnárova 2536/86 831 51 Bratislava, Slovak Republic for purpose of registration in the database and for marketing communications, including organization of other events and informing about them. This consent is voluntary and is granted for an indefinite period. This consent may be revoked in written form at any time.
Cancellation by the Organiser:
The Automotive Industry Association of the Czech Republic (Czech AIA) reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Czech AIA cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund.
Change of the physical event due to pandemic situation to online event:
We reserve the right to change the "physical" event and organize the event online (conference live virtual studio and online B2B as scheduled) in case that the government of the Czech Republic prohibits the organization of mass events due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic. In that case, 40% of the ticket price will be refunded to participants. Change of the physical event to online event does not entitle the participant/company to a refund of the entrance fee.
Cancellation by Participant:
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 15 business days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a 75 € service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction/invoice number. These above policies apply to all Czech AIA Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
Video and photography policy:
Organizers plan to take photographs and/or capture video at the CEE Automotive Supply Chain 2021 and reproduce it for use in, news, marketing or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including but not limited to the official event website. By attending and/or participating on the CEE Automotive Supply Chain 2021, you grant the Organisers the right to use your image, audio and/or video for such purposes. All media taken at the event become the property of the Organisers and may be displayed, distributed or used by the Organisers for any of the above-described purposes.
